Yes, you can definitely gift a flower subscription to someone special! When purchasing a subscription, please make sure to include the recipient's address in the notes section if you would like the flowers to be delivered directly to them. Additionally, kindly provide the recipient's name in the notes, specifying who the gift is for.

Please note that the form of payment used for purchasing the gift will be the same one used for the subscription payments. So, the card on file for the initial purchase will be charged for subsequent subscription renewals.

To maintain the element of surprise, we do not send email gift receipts. However, please be aware that the email address entered during checkout will be used for any receipts or order-related communication.

To ensure smooth coordination, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' advance notice if they choose either of these options. Alternatively, subscribers can choose to skip the delivery for that week. However, it's important to note that skipping a delivery does not result in a refund, as the subscription cost covers the overall service provided throughout the subscription period.

For big events like mobile flower bar bookings and bucket of blooms orders, we kindly ask for a 30-day notice if you need to cancel. This allows us to make necessary arrangements and allocate resources accordingly. Additionally, if you need to cancel a wrapped bouquet order, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in providing sufficient notice for cancellations to ensure the best service for all our customers.
